Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using CTC Extensions, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization. You must have the legal capacity and minimum age required to enter into this agreement in your location.
Service license
Subject to these Terms, CTC Extensions grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the website, dashboard, and installed extensions for their documented purposes. The service is licensed, not sold, and no rights are granted except those expressly stated.
Accounts and workspaces
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials and devices secure. You are responsible for activity through your account, installation sessions, and workspaces, including actions by invited members. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require re-authentication or revoke a session to protect the service.
Your data and outputs
You retain your rights in data, screenshots, recordings, prompts, datasets, and other content you provide or create. You grant CTC Extensions only the permissions reasonably necessary to host, transmit, process, or display content when you request a cloud, sharing, support, or AI feature.
You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions to collect, process, share, and export data. Review outputs before relying on them and protect files or links that contain confidential information.
Acceptable use
You may use CTC Extensions only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable website, marketplace, privacy, intellectual-property, anti-spam, employment, and data-protection rules. You must not bypass access controls, security measures, rate limits, or technical restrictions; distribute malware; interfere with the service; access another account without permission; or use the service to harass, deceive, or unlawfully profile people.
You must not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law expressly permits it. Automated collection features do not authorize access that a website, account owner, or law prohibits.
Free plans and paid subscriptions
Each extension may offer a free plan with product-specific limits. Paid subscriptions are monthly, automatically renewing, and specific to the selected extension. Features, quotas, and prices are shown before purchase and may differ between products.
Catalog prices are displayed in USD. Paddle Checkout shows the final currency, tax, and total before you approve payment. Paid access begins only after CTC Extensions confirms the provider transaction. You authorize recurring monthly charges until cancellation.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel from the billing area at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and paid access normally continues through the recorded billing-period end. Cancellation alone does not refund the current period. Refund eligibility and request steps are governed by the Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights.
AI-assisted features
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your context. You must review generated SOP text, classifications, suggestions, and other AI-assisted output before publishing, sharing, or relying on it. Do not submit information that you are not authorized to process, and do not treat output as legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
Third-party services
Chrome, Google, Shopee, Google Maps, Paddle, Orimise, and websites processed by an extension are third-party services with their own terms and availability. CTC Extensions is an independent product and is not endorsed by or affiliated with those third parties unless expressly stated. We do not control changes to their APIs, page structure, policies, or access.
CTC Extensions intellectual property
CTC Extensions and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, designs, documentation, brands, and underlying technology. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or create a competing service from protected components except as permitted by law or a separate written license. If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment while we do not acquire ownership of your underlying content.
Changes, suspension, and termination
We may add, change, or discontinue features and limits to address security, browser compatibility, provider changes, policy requirements, or product development. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, abuse, payment disputes, security risk, or legal requirements. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export local or available account data.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every website, preservation of third-party page structures, or error-free output.
To the extent permitted by law, CTC Extensions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, business, goodwill, or data. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Changes to these Terms and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect product, provider, or legal changes. The revised Terms apply from the date published unless law requires a different notice period.
