Scope and consumer rights
This policy applies to monthly, product-specific subscriptions purchased for CTC Extensions. Free plans carry no charge. Nothing in this policy limits any refund, withdrawal, cancellation, or other right that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Cancellation is not a refund
You may cancel a subscription from the account billing area at any time. Cancellation prevents the next renewal, and paid access normally continues until the current billing period ends. Cancelling does not automatically refund the current period.
When a refund may be approved
We may approve a full or partial refund for a duplicate or incorrect charge, paid access not delivered after a confirmed transaction, a material defect that prevents the core paid workflow and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, an unauthorized charge reported promptly, or where applicable law requires a refund.
Requests generally not eligible
Unless law requires otherwise, refunds are generally not provided for unused time, forgetting to cancel, changing your mind after using paid features, loss caused by a third-party website or browser change outside CTC Extensions' control, or suspension resulting from misuse or a breach of the Terms of Service.
How to request a refund
Submit your request within 14 calendar days of the charge through the contact form or at [email protected]. Include the account email, extension and plan, charge date, Paddle transaction or invoice identifier, reason, and relevant evidence. Never send full card details. We may review later requests where law requires it or exceptional circumstances justify it.
Review and payment processing
We may ask you to complete reasonable troubleshooting before deciding a technical claim. Approved refunds are submitted through Paddle to the original payment method. Paddle, your bank, and the card network control currency conversion, tax adjustments, and when the credit becomes visible.
Access after a refund
A full refund may immediately end the related paid entitlement. Local records and exports remain available unless the product states otherwise, but new paid operations may stop. A chargeback or payment dispute may temporarily restrict billing actions while it is reviewed.
